Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order — single lamps and bundles alike.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 6–12 days of being placed. This includes the time to prepare your order and the time in transit. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays or busy periods.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us at support@deepglow.store as soon as possible — the address can only be changed before your order ships.

Late or damaged deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 days, or it arrives damaged, please contact us at support@deepglow.store with your order number and we’ll look into it.
