Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order within the United States — whether you choose one lamp or a bundle. Right now we ship to US addresses only.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 6–12 days. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays.
What are the two light modes?
Projector mode casts slow, moving ocean waves of light across your ceiling and walls. Put the included lampshade on and it becomes a soft, glowing night light. You can switch between 8 colors and 5 brightness levels in both modes.
Is a power adapter included?
The lamp is USB-powered and comes with a USB cable. A wall adapter isn’t included — any standard USB phone charger or a computer’s USB port works.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back, and we’ll send you the return instructions. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer law.
Does the lamp turn off by itself?
Yes. Set the timer to 45 or 90 minutes and the lamp switches itself off — so you can drift off without getting up.
What’s the difference between the bundles?
Choose 1, 2 or 3 lamps. The price shown is the total for the whole bundle, and every bundle costs less than buying the lamps one by one. Every bundle ships free within the US.
How can I check my order status?
Your order confirmation email has all your order details. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping email with a tracking link. If you need help, contact us with your order number.
What if my order is taking longer than expected?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 days, contact us with your order number and the latest tracking update, and we’ll look into it right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you’d like to make. Whether we can still change or cancel it depends on whether it has already shipped, so please double-check your address before ordering.
What if my lamp arrives damaged or something is missing?
We’re sorry if that happens. Contact us promptly with your order number, a short description and photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the packaging until we’ve sorted it out — we’ll explain the next steps for your case.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost. If your item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us before sending anything back so we can review the issue and explain the next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
